Three Lakes residents, Dan and Tara Stephens, have found a niche in the Northwoods by providing special services to area homeowners. Their previous business experiences in suburbia have led to creating Reliable Caretaking Services & Property Management. Whether a home is in need of customized landscaping, lawn maintenance or snowplowing, Reliable Caretaking provides prompt, quality service to their clients.
Another feature offered is property management of long term and vacation home rentals. Tara holds a Brokers license and Reliable Caretaking is a licensed real estate entity for the purpose of managing investment properties. She is also employed as a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Burkett & Associates in Three Lakes, assisting many homebuyers find the place they have been dreaming of. Dan has years of experience managing apartment complexes and commercial property when they resided in Illinois.
Their own residence is fondly named Stephens Last Stop, as they have truly made Three Lakes their home.
